Dr. Abigail Joseph (she/her), known as The Innovation Doctor, is an innovation coach and creativity consultant who helps multipassionate women entrepreneurs move from stuck to action and unlock their creative power. Her clients gain the clarity, courage, and confidence to make their ideas take flight while joining her larger mission: to hatch 1,000,000 audacious ideas that spark change in the
world one small step at a time. A longtime educator and advocate, Dr. Abigail serves as Board Chair of the Computer Science Teachers Association (CSTA) and sits on the Board of Maker Nexus, a Silicon Valley community makerspace. She is also a TEDx speaker, with her talk Ubuntu Innovation: A Beacon for Humanity, highlighting her belief in innovation as a force for community and care. She also designs hands-on programs as Lead Instructor for the Oracle Education Foundation, empowering young people nationwide with creativity and technical skills. Dr. Abigail champions creativity, play, and innovation as essential tools for building lives and futures that thrive.
