Dr. Kelly Alvarado-Young holds a Ph.D. in adult education, a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, and a Reiki Level II practitioner. She is also the owner of La Brega Wellness. As a New York born First generation Puertorican Latina, Mami, and Scholar now living in Central Florida, she saw the importance of creating a wellness space for other high-achieving women to address how our culture influences how we nurture and care for ourselves. When she is not working her day job as a Principal Talent Partner at LinkedIn. She is hanging with her nene lindo, Landon, partner Matt, and their sweet furbabies Remy Dog, Bree and Gatita.
